This training explores the ways in which children and youth are impacted by violence perpetrated against significant adults in their lives; the scope of physical and sexual violence perpetrated against children and youth; personal and community values about children and youth; policies related to reporting child abuse/neglect; unique issues of legal protections, confidentiality, empowerment, and culturally appropriate services for children and youth.
