Taking action to address racism in our organizations is a commitment that requires resources, knowledge, and a willingness to practice and learn. This training will offer participants opportunities to explore the roots of racism and to witness how racism is intrinsically linked to violence in our communities. Participants will engage in discussion and build skills needed for implementing change in themselves, in their organizations, and in their communities.
