This training explores how to provide effective legal advocacy with an enhanced understanding of available civil/criminal legal system remedies, the unique needs of underserved survivors, and nuances related to the Virginia Code, Protective Orders, and Victim’s Rights. This training requires participants to have a basic understanding of sexual and domestic violence.
