An Augusta County man already serving time for felony child abuse now faces new charges of abduction and rape.

In September 27-year-old Christopher Lee Elliott entered guilty pleas to three counts of felony child abuse, and was sentenced to a two-year prison term.  He was originally charged with several felony charges including forcible sodomy.  Investigators say Elliott gave dozens of enemas to the victims, who were 6 to 8-years-old. Prosecutors say they accepted a plea because they struggled to prove Elliott was getting sexual gratification from the acts.

Wednesday Elliott was served with the new abduction and rape indictments. They say he admitted raping the woman in 2007. Investigators say the apparent victim recently stepped forward to report the attack.
